Because quoting a canopy requires a lot of information, please answer the following questions so we may provide you a quote for all your tenting needs! Please answer the following questions at your earliest convenience.

1. What size canopy will you need? (Canopy sizes increase by 10ft increments)

2. What are the dimensions of the whole space in which the canopy will go?

3. What are you planning to fit inside the canopy?

4. What type of surface will the canopy be installed on top of?

5. Can it be staked or will it require above ground weights?

a. If staking is allowed, any sprinkler or water lines we need to be aware of?

6. Are there any immovable structures in or by the space you’re looking to cover or are you looking to extend any pre-existing structures/fixtures?

7. Will you need walls enclosing the canopy? Entire perimeter, just 1 or multiple sides?

8. Will you need lighting or heating for this canopy?

9. What is the earliest time and date we can come in to set up?

10. How will our team access the venue to the set-up location?

Permitting:
Ventura Rental can apply for the and handle all the necessary permits for temporary structures through the city on your behalf. If you choose to handle permitting yourself, you must provide the approved permit prior to the canopy install.

Because the city of Oxnard has such strict and extreme protocol on any structures exceeding 100 sq ft, we ask that you require the necessary permits from the city before confirming your order with us. Most permits need to be filed 30 days in advance, depending on the size of canopy you need.
